Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having clinical signs & symptoms of disease Karnasrava and Safe Type of CSOM Karna srava Conductive hearing loss Tympanic membrane perforation Ear ache

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Attic, subtotal, total and marginal perforations of tympanic membrane Patient with sensory-neural and mixed deafness. Ear discharge associated with systemic disorders or local causes other than CSOM CSOM with complications like- acute mastoditis, petrositis, facial paralysis etc Advancement of disease with pre-malignant or malignant changes. Pregnant & lactating women
