Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years 2.Patient willing for participation in the study. 3.All patients presenting in emergency with features of secondary perforation peritonitis on clinical examination and radiological investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients operated outside Government Medical College and Hospital Sector 32 for secondary perforation peritonitis and being referred to our hospital for management of complications. 2.Patients staying for more than 30 days in the hospital.
