Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults of both sex aged 18 to 25 years studying in the White Memorial Institution were included in the study. Participants with DASS 21 score range 8 to 16 were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with other systemic diseases are not taken for the study. Participants with severe depressive episodes and suicidal thoughts are excluded.
