Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients of age group between 12-28 years irrespective of caste and religion Patients with chief complaint of painful menstruation (lower abdomen ,thighs and lowerback pain )and associated with any one of symptoms like passing of clots , Nausea, Vomiting, Headache and Constipation. Patients having pain for at least first 2 days of the cycle.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe illness for example any systemic disorder Patients having anatomical or uterine pathology, fibroid, adenomyosis, cervical stenosis, endometriosis, DUB, Endometrial Polyp, etc Patients having Pelvic inflammatory disorder The patient taking hormonal therapy Congenital anomalies of the reproductive system Heavy bleeding during menstruation. H/Oabdominal surgery. UTI
