Inclusion criteria: Age group: All age group. Sex both sexes Cases prescribed lac. Group remedies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases prescribed different remedies as constitutional medicine Changes constitutional remedies along with lac remedies. In remedy response evaluation shows no relief.
