Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade 1 to 3 o Patients undergoing middle ear surgeries under MAC

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing middle ear surgeries under General Anaesthesia Known allergic to study medications Patients with renal dysfunction Patients with heart rate below 60/min Pregnant patient History of taking sedative or opioid medication since last one month Known neurological or neuromuscular disorders Bmi equal to more than 30 kg/m2
