Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with age group 5-10 yrs without any bar of race, religion and sex. 2.Children with weight for age between 60-80% of ideal weight for age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having systemic disease 2. Infectious diseases like T.B 3. Congenital problems 4. Malignancies 5. Mal-absorption syndrome. 6. Children less than 60% of ideal weight for age
