Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non yogic practitioner Able to perform moderately strenuous Yoga asana who can sit in long sitting posture/ prarambhik stithi Subjects willing to participate after signing informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Engagement in any structured exercise or Yoga over 1 year Any Co-morbidity or diagnosed medical condition Recent surgery Pregnant lactating women Females under menstruation Any recent surgery Subjects under any influence of psycho-active substances such as sedatives anxiolytics anti-depressant alcohol nicotine Concomitantly taking part in any other research study
