Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis 2 Teeth with acute and chronic apical periodontitis 3 Teeth with pulpal necrosis 4 Patients in the age group of 20 and 45 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with systemic disease. 2 Pregnant and lactating women. 3 Teeth with incomplete root formation 4 Teeth with severe periodontal problem 5 Teeth requiring retreatment 6 Inability to provide informed consent. 7 Patients having more than one tooth requiring root canal treatment
