Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 5 years to 12 years 2. Children fit for cardiac catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Parent’s refusal for consenting for cardiac catheterization.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect of different doses of remifentanil on hemodynamics in pediatric population undergoing cardiac catheterization. Timepoint: Sedation score every 5 minutes upto 60 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study the complications of remifentanil in paediatric cardiac catheterizationTimepoint: Monitor complications every 5 minutes till end of procedure;•To study the recovery (Consciousness and orientation) in patients undergoing cardiac catheterization. Timepoint: Every 5 minutes for 60 minutes post procedure
