Intervention1: Wearable acupressure device by aculief brand: Wearable acupressure device will be placed at li4 point for 2 to 3 minutes prior to intraoral nerve block and pain perception will be asses

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children between 6-10 years of age will be included. 2. Children classified as class 3 and class 4 according to ââ?¬Ë?Frankl behaviour rating Scale . 3. Children who require bilateral local anaesthetic injection i.e. either bilateral infiltration or bilateral nerve block of similar nature, for any kind of dental procedure. 4. Children who have never been exposed to dental anaesthesia prior to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with any systemic condition, mental and physical disabilities like cerebral palsy, autism etc. 2. Children with known history of lignocaine, and/or Methyl paraben allergy. 3. Children with known history of Nylon allergy. 4. Children who do not give assent and parents who do not give written consent for their child to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
Efficient pain management strategy during local anaesthesia injection can change the perception of dental treatments in children Wearable acupressure clip is the newer device that helps in alleviating pain during intra-oral injections. At the end of this study, we will come to know whether wearable acupressure device is efficient in providing a pain relief in administering intraoral local anaesthesia in comparison to 2% lignocaine gel.Timepoint: Anxiety score will be assesed on first visit using flacc scale and mwfprs and after 7 days washout period on second visit using same parameters as above anxiety will be assesed.

There will be no difference between the efficacy of wearable acupressure device in comparison with topical lignocaine gel as a method of topical anaesthesia during intraoral local anaesthesia injection procedure.Timepoint: Anxiety score will be checked using flacc scale & mwfprs on 1st day & after 7 days of washout period
