Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients diagnosed with Sthoulya, who fulfill the diagnostic criteria. -Patients within the age group of 18 – 60 years. -Patients of all gender. -Patients who are fit for Udwartana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients with Atisthoulya -BMI more than 40. -Patients of Sthoulya with other complications like coronary heart disease, cerebro vascular disease or with any other systemic disorders which interfere with the course of the treatment will be excluded. -Pregnant and lactating mothers.
