Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patient willing to participate in trial. (2) Patient having complaint of failure to conceive due to anovulation with or without PCOD. (3) Primary and secondary infertility with anovulatory factors. (4) Patient willing for uttarbasti procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infertility due to other factors like uterine, tubal, tubal and peritoneal factor. (2) Infertiliy due to abnormality in male partner. (3) Surgical factors like ovarian tumour ovarian edomentrioma etc. (4) Congenital anatomical defect of female genital organ. (5) Contraindicated of uttarbasti like genital tract infections , heavy bleeding etc. (6) Patient suffering from chronic disease like Hypertension, Diabetes mellites, malingancy, Thyroid disorder, Severe anaemia, Tuberculosis etc. (7)Patient suffering from Hepatitis, Sexually transmitted diseas and HIV.

To Observe the efficacy of Prajasthapana Gana Sidh Ghrita Uttarbasti in Anovulatory cause of UttarbastiTimepoint: Follow up after each cycle on day 5th of cycle for subjective symptoms and after 3 months for objective symptoms.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To help the woman to got relief from menstrual abnormalities due to anovulation & achieve the conception.Timepoint: Follow after each cycle on day 5th for subjective symptoms & after 3 months for objective symptoms.
