Intervention1: Individualized homoeopathic medicines: Individualized homoeopathic medicines in various potencies as an adjuvant to physiotherapy, dose and repetition will be according to homoeopathic

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis and characteristic x ray changes as mentioned in definition. 2. Age group 30 to 70yrs 3. Cases of both sexes. 4. Cases with no disability (0-4) to moderate disability (15-24) according to Oswestry neck pain disability index. 5. Patients with pain score up to 6 in Visual Analogue Scale/Graphic Rating Scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced degenerative changes in cervical region requiring surgical intervention. 2. Patients under other medication for the same complaint 3. Patients taken steroid injection last 2 weeks before 4. Patients taking medications with analgesics and anti-inflammatory effect for other conditions 5.Patients with cognitive impairment
