Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa grade 1 and 2 Elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of patients consent Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years ASA grade 3 and more Patient with anticipated difficult airway Patient with hypersensitivity to any of the drugs used Pregnant and lactating mothers Hypertensive patients
