Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the effect of intrathecal buprenorphine as an adjuvant to 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and 0.5% hyperbaric levobupivacaine on hemodynamic parameters (HR, SBP, DBP, MAP, SpO2 ) in adults undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia.Timepoint: Pre operative, 0 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- To evaluate and compare the onset of sensory and motor blockade of intrathecal buprenorphine as an adjuvant to 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and 0.5% hyperbaric levobupivacaine in adults undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia.Timepoint: 0 minute 1 minute 2 minutes 3 minutes 4 minutes 5 minutes
