Intervention1: Bupivacaine Group: Patients will be administered 15mg of 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine + 60mcg of buprenorphine. (outcome will be seen upto 15 minutes after giving the study drug) Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years Either gender American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II patients Patients undergoing infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade III or more Patients with allergy to study drug
