Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low back pain more than 3 months. Ability to perform at least 40° of trunk flexion. NPRS between 3 to 8.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Traumatic injury to spine. Neurological involvement eg. Radiculopathy. Infective conditions of spine. Autoimmune disorders. Malignancy. Any history of spinal surgery. • Loss of lordosis &/or listing suggestive of inter-vertebral disc prolapse. • Spinal deformity, osteoporosis. • Cardiopulmonary disease with decreased activity tolerance.

1.Numerical pain Rating Scale. Timepoint: 1st day of treatment and after completion of treatment, after 4 weeks.—
