Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Females having regular menstrual cycles. 2)Cases without pathological changes. 3)Cases with dysmenorrhoea during every cycle. 4)Cases of all socioeconomic classes. 5)Patients with clinical symptoms like pain in lower abdomen,pelvic region, thighs, legs, back etc along with menses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are on any alternative treatment for the same complaint. 2)Patients who are suffering from gross pathological conditions. 3)Patients with pure surgical needs.

MeasureTime frame
To assess the role of Homoeopathic Medicines in Centesimal potencies , 30CH and 200CH in patients, who have been clinically diagnosed with Primary Dysmenorrhoea.Timepoint: To assess the effectiveness of medicine in cases of primary dysmenorrhoea follow up will be taken at every next month menstrual cycle.

MeasureTime frame
To study the efficacy of centesimal potencies with the help of WaLIDD score WaLIDD score variables Score: 0 without dysmenorrhea, 1–4 mild dysmenorrhea, 5–7 moderate dysmenorrhea, 8–12 severe dysmenorrhea.Timepoint: The patients will have improvement within the time period of 9 months.
