Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those nursing staff above 18 years of age 2. Those woring in the critical care setting for more than a month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those unwilling to consent will be excluded. 2. Those working in non- critical areas like wards.
