Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients aged above 18- years. 2. with chronic pain condition, or diabetes on oral hypoglycaemic drugs or insulin 3. under follow-up for at least three consecutive months and likely to be under review for 6 more months. Patients meeting the inclusion criteria will be enrolled from Pain clinic, and Diabetes clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal of the patients to give informed consent. 2. Patient who are not tech savvy, i.e., not able to browse internet or mobile app. 3. Poor Hindi language comprehension. 4. Patients having other major/multiple co-morbidities. 5. Patients with past/present history of neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders disturbance that might hamper the ability to understand/use the digital information.

To determine the effect on patient satisfaction in patients of chronic pain, and diabetes after use of the Patient Health Education Portal (PHEP).Timepoint: T1: Patient satisfaction Pretest scores will be recorded at baseline.
