Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - General population at least 18 years of age or above 18 years to 65 years of age - Willing to participate, give consent and continue yoga practice - Living in community for at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Any major illness which limits their capability to do yoga - Pregnant women
