Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having excessive bleeding during menstrual cycle in form of quantity and duration with or without associated symptoms such as Angamard Adhoudar shool katishool

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any types of chronic systemic disorders- TB Cancer H/O structural abnormality and congenital anomaly in genital organs Patients having IUCD PNC patients Post MTP Post D&C bleeding Hb less than 8 gm%
