Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with bilaterally identical impacted third molars Patients with no systemic diseases i.e. ASA 1 Patients who give their informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases i.e. ASA 2 or greater Patients with allergic to fentanyl or diclofenac Patients who do not give their informed consent to participate in the study
