Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects coming to Panchakarma OPD presenting with Twak Vikara. 2. Subjects posted for Virechan by the Panchakarma Dept. of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) College of Ayurved and Hospital Pune.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded. 2. Subjects Contra-Indicated for Virechan Karma. 3. Subject with ano-rectal disorders. 4 Subject who has undergone Panchakarma procedure in last 3 months. 5. Subjects having Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and other chronic and acute diseases, Hypothyroidism, Cushing Syndrome, Immuno-compromised disorders. 6. Subjects having Congenital and Genetic Disorders.
