Inclusion criteria: -able to understand given commands -BMI greater than 25 -Body temperature within normal limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Pregnant women -psychological illness -Hypo/Hyperthermic patients/subjects -Any neurological conditions -Any special conditions
