Inclusion criteria: Modified Hunt & Hess scale grade 1 and 2 Patient with ACOM Aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obese Patients Patients having Neurological trauma Patients having space occupying lesion Patients having any history of psychiatric illness
