Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students of 16 to 25 years, irrespective of gender, religion , socio economic status Those who fulfil the diagnostic criteria of test anxiety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects suffering from any other psychiatric illness subjects suffering from any systemic disorders subjects who are unwilling to give the consent for the research work
