Control Intervention1: GROUP 0: Patients will be put on volume control mode during surgery and ultrasound lung performed preoperatively, 5 minutes after intubation and 1 hour post extubation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 and 2 2. Patients giving informed valid written consent 3. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries under GA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. History of thoracic surgery 3. Severe COPD 4. Diaphragmatic paralysis
