Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18 to 25 years. 2. Both male and female subjects. 3. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study with written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects undergone any meditation for last 3 months. 2. Subjects undergone any yogic practices for last 3 months. 3. Subjects with any pre-diagnosed clinical illness.
