Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Systematically healthy individuals of both genders 2 Class I malocclusion with bi-maxillary protrusion with average growth pattern 3 Class I malocclusion with crowding/spacing difference within 1-3 mm between both the sides 4 Patients with full Permanent dentition 5 Patient undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment for the first time and requiring extraction of 1/2 premolar 6 Non carious fully erupted maxillary first premolars with fullest root completion 7 Patients without any habit of alcohol intake and smoking
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with systemic diseases like Bronchial Asthma Hypertension Diabetes Epilepsy Congenital heart disease chronic liver disease Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis G-6PD deficient individuals Gastrointestinal problems Bleeding disorders 2 Pregnant patients 3 Patients with ocular diseases 4 Patients on any prolonged medication of any other systemic diseases 5 Patients with hypoplastic teeth 6 Patients with caries or restorations on premolars
