Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 30 and 55 years who are systemically healthy, exhibiting probing depth of = 5mm and grade II furcation involvement in one of their mandibular molars with RVCAL and RHCAL = 3mm. 2.Patients diagnosed with Stage III Periodontitis. 3.Clinically detectable grade II furcation in mandibular I and II molars 4.Vital and asymptomatic Mandibular I and II molars. 5.Evidence of radiolucency in the furcation area in mandibular molars.

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current and former smokers 2.Pregnant and lactating women 3.Immunocompromised individuals. 4.Patients with inadequate oral hygiene,
