Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II patients. - Age: 18-60 years of either sex. - Scheduled for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. -Patients willing to give written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to bupivacaine, dexmedetomidine, or clonidine. - Physical and mental conditions preventing postoperative pain measurement. - Known coagulopathy. - Refusal to consent to the procedure.
