Interventions

Intervention1: Motor Relearning Programme: Post stroke 30 patients fulfilling the inclusion and exclusion criteria will be chosen by convenient sampling and will be allocated randomly into two groups
GROUP A & GROUP B. Each group consist of 15 patients. Group A patients will receive Motor Relearning Programme. Treatment session will be 6 days per week up to 4 weeks. Control Intervention1: Mirror T
GROUP A & GROUP B. Each group consist of 15 patients. Group B patients will receive Mirror Therapy. Treatment session will be 6 days per week up to 4 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:45-65 years 2. Sex: both males and females 3. Clinically diagnosed with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke with unilateral involvement 4. Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke duration between 1-6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient will visual and auditory deficits 2. Uncontrolled hypertension (greater than 150/90 mmHg) 3. Symptomatic coronary artery disease or congestive heart failure 4. Unbearable pain 5. Patient who are all unwilling for this study
