Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective MICS via thoracotomy incision with BMI 18 to 30 kg per metre sqaure .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with extubation time more than 3 hours, and patients getting reintubated with in 24 hour of extubation, patients with symptomatic CHF, coagulation disorders.

MeasureTime frame
1. 24 hour cumulative opioid consumption post extubation 2. time to extubation 3. duration of icu stay 4. complication if any.Timepoint: T1- 3hrs from block T2- NRS score at 0,2,6,12,24 hr.
