Inclusion criteria: 1 presenting with signs and symptoms of uterine fibroid with USG findings 2 Fibroid size less than 10 cm (23)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with serious complicated systemic illness 2 Pregnancy 3 Severe anemia Hb less than 7 g per dl 4 Complications of fibroid like torsion 5 Cases of adenomyosis ovarian tumors and cysts 6 Extra uterine fibroid polyp cervical fibroid and any fibroid causing hydronephrosis 7 Malignancy of genitourinary tract or history of any malignancy
