Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All hemodynamically stable inborn Small for gestational age neonates of 35-42 weeks of gestation, born during study period and on total enteral feed from day 1 will be enrolled in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Major congenital anomalies, absent or reverse end diastolic flow in the umbilical artery Doppler, requirement of vasopressor , hemodynamic instability at the time of randomisation, perinatal asphyxia , pH less than 7.2, BE less than -10, requirement of mechanical ventilation at time of randomisation. 5. Refused consent.
