Inclusion criteria: Clinical samples found to be Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus positive obtained from patients of age group more than one years of age, of either gender, admitted to various clinical departments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients/relatives inability or refusal for consent
