Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are able to give written consent Diagnosed case of ALD with kamala vyadhi lakshana Age 20 to 60 years Patients of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with liver disease other than ALD Patients of any auto immune disease, any congenital disease related to liver obese patient Patients with multiple organ failure

MeasureTime frame
The relation between symptoms of kamala and its stages along with changes in LFT and elastography findings fibroscan in subjects of ALD may be seen Hence we could help society to know severity of kamala based on grading, before undergoing fibroscan Timepoint: 11 months
