Intervention1: Probiotic - Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG: 6 billion Units per day ( 750 mg ) , per Oral, OD to be given for 2 months Control Intervention1: Placebo: 750 mg , per day , OD for 2 months

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric Patients with solid tumors and Hematological Malignancies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Primary Immunodeficiency disorders.
