Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who comes under the score range of 8-14 in Insomnia Severity Index(Sub Threshold Insomnia).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomnia due to chronic disorders. Those who are on sedatives and tranquilizers. Previous history of injury around selected marma points. Pregnant and lactating women.
