Inclusion criteria: Amateur volleyball sand players Age group 18 to 24years Participants who are willing to participate Participants fulfilling PAR Q+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of acute and severe systemic illness Any recent surgical and medical history which will affect performance Psychologically unstable participants
