Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with all permanent teeth mesial to the first molar. 2. Patient having mild to moderate crowding. 3. The subject has a Mombelli bleeding index with a score of =1 and a Turesky plaque index with a score of =1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected poor immune status and microbial flora, as well as pregnant women, those with diabetes or AIDS, or immunosuppressive drug users. 2. Smokers, history of oral disease, systemic disease, occupational exposure to metals. 3. Patient with allergies to jewelry and/or watches.
