Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conscious and co-operative patients . Patients willing to give consent for the study. Age between 18 to 45 years. Primigravida and multigravida with gestational age less than 16 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Antenatal cases with normal Blood pressure as per Gestosis score criteria. Uncooperative patients Patients below 18 years and above 45years.

All antenatal women under 16 weeks of gestational age coming under Gestosis score of 3 or more will be classified under high risk category for preeclampsia and T Aspirin 150 mg will be started OD for them at first Antenatal visit till 32 weeks of gestational age.Timepoint: All antenatal women will be assessed at first visit ,at following gestational ages of 16 weeks,20 weeks,24 weeks,28 weeks,32 weeks, and then every week till the patient delivers.	—
