Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having classical signs and sympyoms of Avabahuka,like pain stiffness and range of motion of shoulder joint patients of all genders age between20 to 69 years economic status all controlled diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with history of fracture or dislocation of shoulder joint patient with traumatic infective neoplastic joint and cardiovascular disease patients having rheumatoid arthritis as well as congenital structural disorder traumatic diseases like fracture of shoulder blade or collarbone
