Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with BMI ranging between 30 to 39.9 kg/ m2 i.e. Class 1 obesity and Class 2 obesity)(7) 2. Patient between age group 30 to 60 years (according to prevalence rate), irrespective of gender. 3. Patient with signs and symptoms of sthaulya. 4. Skinfold means more than 100 cm for males and more than 120 cm in females(8). 5. waist to hip ratio 0.95- 0.1 in men and 0.80 -0. 85 in female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Class 3 obesity Cardiovascular disease,TB,Carcinoma,AIDS diseases Lactating mothers, pregnant women Skin fold thickness less than 100 in male and less than 120 in female. Waist to hip ratio 1 or higher in male and 0.86 or higher in female
