Inclusion criteria: Prediabetic patients Obesity patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known history of gastrointestinal malabsorption, chronic diarrhoea. Antibiotic consumption or intestinal infection in 3 months Pregnancy, lactation, psychiatric patients
