Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of acute pancreatitis aged between 18-70 years who presents to Emergency and have Numerical Pain Scale rating above 4/10 & who consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic history to local anaesthetics Infection, hematoma or active bleeding at the site of injection Hemodynamically unstable Pregnancy Patients on anticoagulants with INR >2 Psychiatric patients on antipsychotic medication Refusal to consent for ESP block
