Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subject with Angle’s Class I protrusion or Angle’s Class II div I malocclusion requiring the first premolar extraction. The subject chronological ages ranged from 18 to 35 years Subject with a full complement of teeth present, excluding third molars. Crowding should not be more than 3mm. Gingival and plaque index score will be less than 1.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subject with any craniofacial syndromes or cleft. Subjects having a history of trauma Periodontally compromised subjects. Orthodontic treatment history in the past. Subjects who had used antibiotics three months prior to the study
