Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No history of practicing meditation, yoga or any other relaxation technique. 2.Subjects who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from any systemic illness. 2.Undergoing any other treatments for any medical conditions. 3.History of practicing meditation, yoga or any other relaxation technique.
