Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with BMI =25.00kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having serious cardiac problems like Myocardial Infarct, cardiac failure, etc 2. Diabetic 3. Pregnant females and lactating females 4. Renal insufficiency or any other serious systemic illness.

1.Assessment of Obesity on the basis of questionnaire(symptomatic evaluation ) 2.Evaluate the efficacy of the Lekhana Basti in the obesity Symptoms 1) Increase in weigh 2) Laxity and movements in Buttock, Abdomen and Breast region 3)Feeling of heaviness in the body 4)Disproportionality of body parts 5) Body Odour 6) Excessive Hunger) 7) Excessive Thirst 8) Over perspiration 9) Exertional Dyspnea 10) Excessive sleepiness 11)Flabbiness in body 12)Fatigue 13)Oiliness in skin 14)tiredness Timepoint: At the base line and at the completion of basti karma (16th day)
